If, after consistent use, you feel that a Noori Nutrition product is not right for your skin, you may request a refund under the terms of our Skin Journey Promise™.

Refund Eligibility

Is your purchase eligible?

Your request should meet each of the following conditions.

Verified Purchase

The product was purchased directly from Noori Nutrition or an authorized retailer.

Within 150 Days

Your refund request is made within 150 days (5 months) of the original purchase date.

Used As Directed

The product has been used consistently and in accordance with the recommended directions.

First Request

This is your first refund request for that specific Noori product.

What We Refund

Simple and transparent.

  • The purchase price of the product.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless required by applicable local law.

Returning Your Product

Usually, there is nothing to send back.

  • No return of the product is required unless requested by Noori Nutrition.
  • We may request additional information where reasonably required to review your request.

02 — Your experience
A brief explanation of your experience with the product. This information is requested for improvement purposes only.
No return of the product is required unless our care team specifically requests it.

Important Notes

A few things to know.

One refund per product Limit one refund per customer for each specific product.
Original payment method Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
5–10 business days Refund processing generally takes 5–10 business days after approval.
Fair use Abuse or misuse of the policy may result in future refund requests being refused.
