Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unopened and unused
• In its original packaging
• In the same condition that you received it

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@nooriworld.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return shipping instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@nooriworld.com. We'll arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
